The following information is for your reference. It includes important suggestions and pertinent information about some of our policies. If you have any questions after reading the following information, please don’t hesitate to contact us and our sales staff will take the time to answer all of your questions.   There is a refundable deposit of $25 or $50 depending on locker type.Rent is pro-rated from the day you move in until the end of the month.   Rent is due on the first day of every month with a grace period of seven (7) days.   Rent is calculated on a calendar month NOT on a four-week basis. This saves you 8% over companies that charge on a four-week basis.   When you move out, your rent is pro-rated up until the seventh (7th) day of the month.   We accept cash, cheques, American Express, Mastercard, VISA and Debit/Interac. For your convenience, you may leave post-dated cheques or a credit card number on file.   For your convenience and protection, we can arrange low cost third-party insurance coverage on your belongings covering fire, theft and vandalism. As a service, the premium is paid with the monthly rental so you don’t have to make a separate payment.   You provide your own lock and keep all keys. It’s your own private space. We don’t require a copy of the key at the office. All we require is a list of the people you authorize to enter your storage room. For your security, no others have access to your locker.   In order to keep our facilities and your belongings safe and clean, storage of flammable, explosive, illegal or perishable (ie food) materials is strictly prohibited.
