2. Is the facility safe and secure ?

Canadian Self Storage facilities are fully fenced with computerized gate access, outside perimeter lighting, all units are fire sprinklered, always someone on site during business hours. You provide your lock and retain possession of all keys.

3. Does the facility offer climate controlled units ?

Canadian Self Storage facilities have industrial size heaters around the inside perimeter of the building. This provides protection to items such as pharmaceutical samples, antique furniture and or electronics to name a few.

4. Does the facility accept deliveries for their tenants ?

Canadian Self Storage accepts deliveries for the busy sales executives that do not have time to wait at a storage facility for samples or product deliveries. Deliveries can be made directly into your storage unit.

5. Are you provided deceptive quotes ?

Canadian Self Storage quotes their units by the month. Some storage facilities quote their units every four ( 4 ) weeks. Remember to compare apples to apples. As an example: a unit that rents for $50.00 per month equals $600.00 per year, a unit that rents at $50.00 for four ( 4 ) weeks equals $650.00 per year. 13-4-week period vs. 12 months.
*** Do not be deceived by a 4 week period qoute it's an extra 8% per month! ***

6. Does the facility offer insurance in the event you have no coverage for your stored items ?

Canadian Self Storage offers third party insurance coverage at a low rate. As a service to our tenants the premium is paid with the monthly rental. You do not have to mail in a separate payment.

7. Is the facility clean ?

Canadian Self Storage takes great pride in offering some of the cleanest storage facilities in the city, contracting out reputable pest control companies to ensure a more protected environment.

8. Can you acquire moving supplies at the storage facility ?

Canadian Self Storage offers a full line of locks, boxes, bubble wrap, furniture covers, etc.
for one stop shopping convenience.

9. Does the facility offer moving services ?

Canadian Self Storage offers an economical moving service to move you into our facility.
We provide our own truck and crew. Occasionally, we run promotions for Free moving services.
