Moving In

  1. In order to rent a unit, you must bring photo identification with you. We cannot accept a Health Card as a form of identification. You will also need to fill out a customer information form in the office so that we can stay in contact with you regarding your unit. This will include your full name, your address, your phone number, and an emergency contact. The emergency contact can be anyone other than yourself that we can contact if we cannot reach you.
  2. Once you have completed the customer information form, we will enter you into the system and print out some paperwork for you to sign – not to worry; there is no long-term contract with us. We have a one-month minimum stay and, following that, you can stay for as long or as short a time as you would like.
  3. You supply the lock so you can either bring a lock or purchase one from us – this way you get to keep all the keys and control access to your unit.
  4. Now that all of the paperwork is complete, you are ready to begin moving into your storage unit!
